Signature Menu
Pescadillas
Hidden gem. Three deep-fried tortillas with tilapia mix, topped with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cotija cheese, sour cream, avocado, and Rabano. Chipotle sauce on the side.
Quesadilla Machete
Must try. Mega corn dough quesadilla with onion, cilantro and cheese. They can be stuffed with chorizo with potatoes or fajita mix.
Bolillos Rellenos
Must try. Bread stuffed with mayonnaise, Oaxaca cheese, cream, and vinegar jalapeños. Meat choices: Ham, picadillo de pollo, pork loin or vaso/spleen.
Chicharrón Preparado
Must try. Pork rind topped with mayo, ham, pork leather, pico de gallo, avocado, cotija cheese, cabbage, and Valentina sauce.
Quesa Birria
Must try. Four corn tortillas filled with Oaxaca cheese, barbacoa meat (chivo or beef) with consomé/birria sauce.
Esquites
Must try. Natural corn topped with mayo, cotija cheese, chile arbol powder and Valentina sauce, and chicken feet.
Sincronizada
10-Inch tortilla filled with American cheese, Oaxacan cheese, ham, onions, tomatoes, vinegar jalapeño. Salad on the side (lettuce, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo).
Enchiladas Rellenas
Four enchiladas filled with picadillo de pollo topped with cotija cheese, red salsa, lettuce, sour cream and avocado. Served with rice.

Must try. 12" tortilla filled with a choice of grilled chicken, steak or mixed with our corn mix (corn, black beans, onions and bell peppers), mushrooms and chipotle mayo. Topped with avocado, pico de gallo and chipotle mayo.
